Shipping & Refund / Returns Policy
▪ Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset, as title and risk will pass to you once the order has been delivered to your nominated address.
▪ At times, we may send your items in multiple packages to complete the order.
▪ Delivery of our products will take between 5–10 working days.
▪ No deliveries will be made until payment has been confirmed by our bank.
▪ Delivery costs will vary and will include the standard insurance offered by the courier.
▪ This charge will be made clear to the customer before the transaction is processed.
▪ In times of high market volatility and increased order volume, customers may experience delays in processing, packaging, and delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
Should this occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Refunds & Returns
Gold Summit has a strict no-refund policy on items purchased, except for damaged goods.
Damaged goods can be returned in their original packaging to MetCon within 10 calendar days of purchase, including a description of the reason for the return.
If Gold Summit deems the product to be damaged, they will replace the product with a suitable alternative.
Gold Summit does not offer monetary refunds on unsatisfactory products.
