Ordering Process
1. Place Your Order
Browse through our store and add the products you would like to purchase to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page and pay using a credit card, debit card, or EFT.
2. Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card, or EFT
If you have paid with a credit card or debit card through our gateway partner, this step is complete.
If you have selected EFT, you will have 60 minutes to make payment; otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled.
3. Proof of Payment Confirmation
If you selected EFT, please email your proof of payment to accelerate the confirmation of your order.
If you paid with a credit card or debit card, you will receive confirmation as soon as the funds have cleared.
4. Dispatch
Once the funds have cleared in our account and your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent to you with the courier company details and waybill number.
You may contact the courier company or Gold Summit to track your parcel.
Conditions
- Delivery of our products takes between 7–10 working days for national deliveries within South Africa.
- Should your proof of payment not be received within the 1-hour timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled. You will need to contact sales@goldsummit.co.za.
- You may place your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week, based on our online price indications. However, orders are only processed during trading hours listed below.
- Business hours are Monday to Thursday, 08h30 to 15h00, and Fridays, 08h30 to 13h30.
- Orders placed during business hours will be processed and price-fixed on the same day. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Public holidays are treated as outside of business hours.
